At Burke's Enterprise, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Hair Braids Salon. Cancellations

We value your time and as such we urge all clients to reach out to us to schedule and book your appointments, whether here online or by contacting us via WhatsApp. Once booked please provide us with at least 48 hrs. notice of all cancellations.

Covid Safety

Payments

We Value your Health and Safety and as such we urge all clients to exercise all Government safety procedures when visiting our salon. Face mask and  hand sanitization is mandatory to ALL clients. Clients must wear their protective mask at all times during your hair appointment without exception.

We pride ourselves in the high level of professionalism and passion we put into our work, to make you a satisfied client. We accept payment in full for all services.

Refunds

We are guided by the satisfaction of our clients and as such we welcome our client's input on their overall satisfaction with their session with us. Once we have successfully ascertain you are pleased with your requested service, refunds will not be facilitated once you leave our salon. We at Burke's Enterprise reserves the right to adjust or correct any hair mishaps on a discretionary basis.
